Happy Halloween Posted Thursday, October 31, 2002, 11:15 AM, CST by Hank Since we are among other Americans this year (being on base) we got to dress the kids up and take them around our neighborhood for goodies. Alyssa was a fairy and Jordan was some creepy bleeding skeleton thing in a black hooded cloak. He unintentionally made 3 younger trick-or-treaters cry before he even got out of the house! It rained so we couldn't really go all out and hit every spot on the base, but it was pretty fun anyway. The kids had a good time. I took a few pics of that too, but still nothing to upload yet. Too busy lately with work and getting the house in order.

It's a girl! (Probably) Posted Saturday, October 12, 2002, 4:55 PM, CDT by Hank Man, a lot has happened. Over here we've gotten a house on base and a car (a van actually). We had an ultrasound done and it looks like we'll be buying a lot of pink clothes. We have the pictures but no way to get them posted yet until we get our stuff up and running. Since I last posted, Grandpa Scott had two heart attacks but it looks like he's going to make it. Last I heard he was sitting up and talking. We love you Grandpa, and we hope you are doing ok. I'd still like to visit ya once in a while, ya know? I never got to comment on the great time we had at Aunt Mary's house for the mass picture taking / birthday party. That was great to see everybody all together. Thanks Brad, for the great dinner; and thanks to Jenny and Joel for an enjoyable time at the zoo. Also thanks to Aunt Jean (and better half) for driving all the way down there just to see us. We enjoyed meeting all the new additions to our family and hope to see everyone again sometime. I also missed telling about the deap sea fishing trip Jordan and I took with Dad. It was fun and I'm soooooooo mad I forgot the digital camera. We took home 5 huge salmon though and some great memories. Thanks Dad. I hope everything else is going ok, I'll be able to call and stuff more once we get finished moving in and get our phone hooked up.
