Back Home...Again! Posted Saturday, February 24, 2007, 10:54 PM, CST by Hank Amiyah is all good now...we do have to go back so they can check her again tomorrow, but there shouldn't be any more issues. That was a long night--mostly for Dawn. It's not easy to keep a baby still in one place, half-naked in a cold room, with very little cuddling for almost 24 hours. Mom and baby are fast asleep in our bed right now.

It's not super bad, but bad enough to admit her overnight tonight to get her under those phototherapy lights to ensure it doesn't get any worse. She should be fine by morning so we're not worried about it. We're all gonna stay in the hospital overnight together while those funky blue lights lower her bilirubin level. Whoo-hoo.
